Job Description:

Primary Function: Oversees the day to day administration of Student Care and Student Conduct; coordinates principal support and intervention for students in need of assistance on a university wide basis; provides oversight of the student conduct process including but not limited to implementation, administration of and training related to; represents the Dean of Students area through outreach; provides assistance to faculty and staff in their support of students; and serves as a visible member of the campus community.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in higher education administration, college student personnel, social work or related field; at least two years full time experience in a student services field such as student conduct, counseling, residence life, advising, student services, or student case management; experience with the adjudication of student discipline, crisis response, or student case management; and demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with various populations and effectively communicate with others required. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in written and oral communication, and management, organization, and administrative skills preferred. Occasional on-call, evening, and weekend work will be necessary.
