Job Summary:
The Associate Director of International Engagement plays a key role in advancing Indiana State University’s goal of growing its international student population by leading recruitment strategy, managing agency partnerships, and serving as the institution’s Responsible Officer (RO). The Associate Director leverages the University’s CRM (Slate) to track and manage the enrollment funnel, ensuring timely communication with both prospective students and international education partners. Through strategic planning, compliance expertise, and relationship management, the Associate Director directly contributes to enrollment growth, international engagement, and the University’s global reputation.
