Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Lafayette College in the search for an Executive Director of Corporate, Foundation, and Government Relations.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Individual Giving, the Executive Director of Corporate, Foundation, and Government Relations will lead the College’s efforts to secure transformational support from corporations, private and family foundations, and government and grant-making entities. This senior role offers an opportunity to shape and implement a comprehensive strategy that strengthens external partnerships, advances institutional priorities, and supports faculty and programmatic innovation across disciplines. The Executive Director of Corporate, Foundation, and Government Relations will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to secure support from corporations, private and family foundations, and government and private grant-making entities. The Executive Director will manage a robust portfolio of institutional funders, lead the College’s efforts to identify and pursue external funding opportunities, build relationships with foundations and pursue strategic grant writing planning and goals, and collaborate with senior leadership, faculty, and staff to align proposals with institutional priorities.

A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least eight years of progressively responsible foundation and grants fundraising experience is required for this position. The target salary for this position is $140,000. Lafayette College offers various benefit programs as part of a full-time employee total compensation package.
