January 2025Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities
Make contacts with clinical facilities, schedule and place speech and language graduate students in clinical and school sites, advise undergraduates and teach two courses.
- Provide clinical instruction and supervision of undergraduate students enrolled in clinical placements.
- Supervise clinical staff and faculty
- Create clinic schedules each semester onsite and offsite
- Evaluate and observe students in practice
- Maintain records of student placements
- Teach 2 courses
- Advise students
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech Pathology
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Speech Pathology.
- Must possess certificate of clinical competence in SLP
Preferred Education and/or Experience Qualifications
Note: If the successful candidate is master’s prepared, the position will be filled as a non-tenure track, instructor. If the successful candidate holds a terminal degree appropriate for the position, the position will be filled as a tenure-track, assistant professor.Pay Plan
