Within the discipline for courses in Fall 2025, Winter 2026, Spring 2026 and/or Summer 2026, the faculty of Arts & Sciences, Department of World Languages & Cultures, at Rutgers University-Camden seeks new Lecturers to teach in various topics within the discipline, including German, French, and Spanish. Duties typically involve teaching elementary-level language courses, although Lecturers will sometimes also teach more advanced or specialized courses. The instructor will present course material during the assigned course times, hold office hours, administer exams, assign grades, and coordinate any other requirements related to course instruction.Minimum Education and Experience

Master’s degree required, while a doctoral degree may be preferred for some disciplines. Field experience may also be required.Overview
