The J. D. Patterson School of Natural Sciences at Ouachita Baptist University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Nursing, beginning August 2025. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching; a record of scholarly activity or relevant professional experience; a collegial spirit and commitment to university service; dedication to our liberal arts tradition; an authentic Christian faith lived out through personal discipleship and active participation in a local church; and support for the university’s vision, mission, values, and statement of faith.
Primary responsibilities will include teaching in both didactic and clinical settings. Rank and salary are dependent on qualifications. A Master’s degree is essential. While all qualified candidates will be considered, preference will be given to those holding a PhD or DNP.
