Description
The position will consist of synthesis and advanced characterization of ceramics for use in energy conversion and storage including solid oxide fuel cells, solid state batteries and membrane separations applications. Leading experiments, interfacing with sponsors, first author peer reviewed publications and opportunities for proposal development are expected.You will work on experimental designs including materials fabrication and characterization, Prepare technical reports and communicate results, and supervise graduate and undergraduate students in the group.

Qualifications
Ph.D. Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field with prior postdoc experience.
