Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Vice Provost of Student Success leads or directly supports enrollment, financial aid, holistic advising, learning, student success initiatives, and student registration.

Preferred Years Experience,Skills, Training , Education:

  • A Master’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, including administration and supervision at the director level or higher.
  • Exhibited leadership in advisement and student services with executive-level experience and a proven track record of achievement and innovation in enhancing the higher education student experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing technology solutions to enhance student engagement and services.
  • Experience in assessing outcomes and continually improving student processes
